Definitions

"StarKatcher", "StarKatcher.com", "we", "our" and "us" refer to StarKatcher.com as a business entity.
"You", "your" and "user" refer to you, the user of the StarKatcher service.
"Katch", "Kaught", "Katches", and "Katching" refer to the act of voting for the idols.

StarKatcher Service

StarKatcher is a platform for collecting, organizing and sharing pictures and videos of public figures. We do not officially represent these public figures nor do we have contracts with any of the involved parties. We only provide a blogging capability to our users so they can collect and organize resources about their favorite stars and public figures.

Agreement

By registering and using any of the services that StarKatcher offers, you agree to all of the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and StarKatcher has no obligation to seek for approvals for the changes from the existing members of the website. Each time you use any of the services provided by StarKatcher you acknowledge that you have an understanding of the most recent version of the terms and conditions of StarKatcher.

Usage

You agree to the following each time you use the services provided by StarKatcher:

You are of a legal age in your country of residence and in the country, in which you use StarKatcher, or your age in your country does not break any laws by using any of the services provided by StarKatcher.

You have registered with correct name, gender, age, location and other details.

If you are using supported 3rd party identity such as Facebook or Twitter to login to StarKatcher, your personal information such as name, gender, age, location and other details are correct.

You are not imporsonating others or providing false and/or inaccurate information about yourself for any purposes under any circumstances.

If you are not an adult by the legal definition of your government, or the country in which you are using the services of StarKatcher, you will only use StarKatcher if using any of its services comply with the laws of the land in which you reside and all others laws and rules that may affect you in your current circumstances.

You are responsible for the actions that you take on StarKatcher.

You will not harass, abuse or annoy other members in any way. This means intimidating, spamming, impersonating, threatening other users and writing/uploading offensive/sexual materials including words and pictures are prohibited.

You will not abuse the site in any way. This means hacking, uploading virus, spamming and performing any other harmful acts to StarKatcher are prohibited.

You will not use the StarKatcher services for illegal, unethical and immoral purposes.

Content Control

StarKatcher holds the absolute right in controlling the contents of its site. We may modify, censor and/or cancel the membership and/or the meet listings of those involved in the following:

Users, Katches and any other content that violate any laws or regulations, including sexually explicit wordings.

Posting inappropriate contents including words and pictures.

Posting copyrighted contents.

Any other actions/contents that we think to be inappropriate.

StarKatcher also holds the right to discontinue/terminate all or any of our services, refuse service to anyone and contacting the authority with the membership details in case of legal actions and/or agreement breach.

When you Katch, write, link or upload any details, comments, pictures or any other forms of content to our site, you acknowledge that as far as you understand the posted materials are free from copyright issues and you give us the right to display such content on StarKatcher.

The StarKatcher website is original. We hold the intellectual property rights to all of the contents and the components we have created. You may not copy, redistribute and/or adapt any of its components including the layout, contents, data and logic.

Fees

Currently, StarKatcher is in its beta release. There is no fee involved during the beta release and there is no plan to charge you for any of its services in the future. We reserve the right to change our business model in the future.
